Weekly Goals

Weekly Goal (Dec 10 to Dec 17)

  • 8 glasses of water
  • Exercise 4 times a week(3 cardio and 1 weights class)
  • Maintain 1400-1500 calories food per day(its tough for me to maintain 1200 calories)

Weekly Goal (Dec 10 to Dec 17)

  • No white rice.
  • 8 glasses of hot water everyday.
